The KINSTRETCH system is one born out of scientific research. All of the movements and training techniques have been selected based on a meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence, conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts, as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, joint health and physical longevity.
Unlike many training systems, KINSTRETCH practice is complete with a self-assessment system allowing you the ability to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, of that may be putting you at an
increased chance of injury.

Let me start off by introducing myself! My name is Brandi and I’ve been in the Health and Fitness industry my whole life (literally I grew up in a Gym!) which has led me down this path of helping people feel and move better.

I want to help people feel their best in the body they have right now. I’m a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Pilates Instructor specializing in Mobility Training. Specifically speaking - I’m a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms).
With over a decade of experience what I’ve discovered is a system - a system of mobility training. Full disclosure; I didn’t invent this system. I did my research and found the top people in this field who have spent their careers researching and backing all of their findings with scientific proof. Why reinvent the wheel when it makes the most sense to learn from the best and share that knowledge with all of you!!

This is the system I want to share with you.
The daily routine I’ll teach you is called CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations). We know brushing and flossing our teeth daily is the best way to care for our teeth. Think of CARs as daily joint care. Our body won’t allow us to go where it doesn’t feel safe, with CARs we get to create the feeling of safety and support by increasing strength in the end ranges of motion.

Maintain your joint range of motion (ROM)

By increasing ROM you'll have access to more muscle tissue - resulting in increased strength
